3. No Guarantees or Assurances

4. Eligibility

5. Payments & Booking

• All consultation fees must be paid in full and in advance.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Payments made through Razorpay, UPI, WhatsApp-shared UPI, or any other accepted method are considered final.

6. Scope of Consultation & Service Selection

Each consultation is delivered strictly within the scope of the service selected and paid for at the time of booking.

If a client books and pays for one type of consultation (for example, Personal Consultation) and later requests a different or higher-category service (such as Relationship Matching, Marriage Matchmaking, or any other specialised consultation), the originally booked service cannot be changed or upgraded automatically.

In such cases:

• The session will proceed strictly as per the originally booked service, or
• The client may request an upgrade by paying the applicable price difference, subject to availability and approval.

All service pricing is transparently mentioned on the website. Clients are responsible for reviewing service details before making a booking.

No refunds shall be issued due to service mismatch, misunderstanding, or change of intent after booking.

7. Refunds & Rescheduling

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Change of service preference
• Misunderstanding of service scope

Rescheduling requests may be considered prior to the scheduled session time, subject to availability and management discretion. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Failure to attend a scheduled session or joining late will be treated as a completed consultation.

• Any decisions taken after the consultation are solely your responsibility.

9. Confidentiality

Failure to attend a scheduled session, joining late, or being unavailable at the agreed time will be treated as a completed session, with no refund or free rescheduling.

4. Service Scope & Upgrade Policy

Payments made for a specific consultation type are valid only for that service.

If a client pays for one consultation category and later requests another category (such as upgrading from Personal Consultation to Relationship Matching or Marriage Matchmaking), the session will not be changed unless the price difference is paid.

No refunds shall be issued for service change requests, misunderstandings, or change of intent.

5. Rescheduling
